Norway’s Pizza Chef of the Year – NM 2027

PLEASE NOTE! This category is only for pizza makers living in Norway! For this competition, you must use all your pizza-making skills to balance the ingredients on your pizza. You will bring your own dough.

We will provide a table with 6 ingredients to choose from, and you must use at least 2 of them as toppings. You must be able to balance the ingredient combination very well. The 6 ingredients will be pre-cooked and ready to use on your pizza. The list of the 6 ingredients will be given on the morning of the championship date.
