Fusion with TABASCO® & KIKKOMAN
• This category is exclusive to pizza chefs residing in Sweden.
• The Fusion Category is exclusive to Sweden.
• A maximum of three (3) competitors may participate in this category.
• Only first, second, and third place competitors will compete. No additional entries will be accepted.
• The pizza may be any style, any size, and use any toppings. Creative freedom is encouraged — the sky’s the limit.
• Chefs must fully integrate the products into the pizza, for example through the tomato sauce or other fusion techniques.
• The products may not be used as simple add-on toppings.
• Once a competitor has been accepted and confirmed, TABASCO® and KIKKOMAN products will be sent to the pizza chef to allow experimentation and development prior to the event.
• Judges will evaluate how well the fusion is incorporated, how it tastes, and how it is perceived (“felt”)
