Category description / rules:
This is a judge-only category.
 
Participation is strictly limited to:
• Judges who have judged at Pizza Champion Cup events, or
• Judges from any recognized international pizza competition worldwide.
 
In other words, you must be an active or former competition judge to compete in this category.
 
Competition format:
• Judges may create any style of pizza with no restrictions
• Any dough, technique, toppings, or concept are allowed
• This category is about absolute excellence and mastery
 
Judging criteria by Michelin level chefs:
• Best overall flavor
• Best taste and balance
• Technical execution and quality
• Creativity and use of ingredients
 
There are no style limitations — the best pizza wins.
 
Title awarded:
The winner will be crowned
European Pizza Champion – Grandmaster
 
This category represents the Best of the Best and is intended as the highest-level, prestige judge category.
