Competition Format • Prep Time at oven: 5 minutes (before baking) • Bake Time: 20 minutes • Rules: • Any pan style is accepted. • Toppings: Free choice — use any toppings and combinations you wish. • Contestants bring their own dough, sauce, cheese, and ingredients. • Judging based on crust quality, bake, creativity, flavor balance.

Style Examples • Chicago-style deep dish – buttery crust, layered with toppings • Sicilian / Grandma – thick, chewy, square-cut • Detroit-style – rectangular with caramelized cheese edges • Greek-style – olive-oil infused airy pan crust • Pizza al molde (Argentina) – fluffy base with crisp cheese bottom • Pizza alla Pala (Italy) – long, oval Roman “paddle pizza,” crispy yet soft
